Cancellation Policy
✨ Babe Cave Cancellation Policy ✨
At Babe Cave, your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. We kindly ask that you respect our time as we respect yours.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
We require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling.
Late Cancellations
Appointments canceled within 48 hours of the scheduled time will result in a 50% cancellation fee of the service total.
No-Shows
Clients who fail to show up for their appointment without notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.
Card on File
A valid card is required to book. By booking, you agree to our cancellation policy and authorize Babe Cave to charge the applicable fee if the policy is not followed.
Repeated Cancellations
Clients with repeated last-minute cancellations or no-shows may be required to prepay in full for future appointments.
