You can come in and relax, laugh, vent, be loud, be quiet, celebrate, decompress, or simply sit back and let us take care of you. We want every client who walks through our doors to feel welcomed, hyped up, pampered, loved on, and genuinely cared for. Our approach to luxury is intentional. It’s not just about how the salon looks. It’s about the products we use, the education we invest in, the treatments we include, the technology behind our services, the comfort of our shampoo experience, warm towels, blankets, massagers, heaters, processing equipment, and the countless little details that make your appointment feel elevated. As the owner, I am constantly reinvesting into Babe Cave so our clients and our team have access to the best products, tools, education, treatments, and experience possible. From custom color, blonding, extensions, lashes, brows, waxing, skincare, head spa, and advanced self-care services, our work is rooted in personalization, education, integrity, and results. We also believe luxury includes professionalism and boundaries. Our team is held to high standards for client care, communication, cleanliness, education, quality of work, and customer service. In return, we ask our clients to respect our providers’ time, policies, and boundaries. Our deposit, cancellation, rescheduling, and appointment policies allow us to protect our team, our business, and the experience we provide to every client who chooses Babe Cave. Babe Cave Beauty Salon operates primarily by appointment, and our team members’ schedules may vary based on their individual bookings. Walk-ins are always welcome based on same-day availability, but we cannot guarantee that a stylist, esthetician, or service provider will be available at the time you arrive. To avoid waiting or making an unnecessary trip, we highly recommend calling or messaging the salon before coming in as a walk-in so our team can confirm current availability. Appointments are always recommended, especially for color, extensions, lashes, waxing, facials, and other services requiring additional time. Cancellation Policy
Booking, Deposits & Cancellation Policy
At Babe Cave Beauty Salon, your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. We kindly ask that you respect our time as we respect yours.
Card on File
A valid card on file is required to secure an appointment. By booking, you agree to Babe Cave Beauty Salon’s booking and cancellation policies and authorize the applicable cancellation or no-show fee to be charged if the policy is not followed.
Deposits
If a card is not placed on file, a non-refundable deposit will be required to secure the appointment.
Appointments booked more than 48 hours in advance must have the required deposit paid within 24 hours of booking.
Appointments booked within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment require the deposit to be paid at the time of booking.
Appointments are not considered fully secured until the required card on file and/or deposit has been completed. If the required payment is not received within the applicable timeframe, the appointment may be cancelled and the time released to another guest.
Consultations are considered appointments and are subject to the same booking, deposit, cancellation, and rescheduling requirements unless otherwise stated.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
We require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for all cancellations or rescheduling.
Late Cancellations
Appointments cancelled or rescheduled within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment may result in a cancellation fee of 50–100% of the scheduled service total, depending on the circumstances.
No-Shows
Clients who fail to attend their appointment without notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total.
Repeated Cancellations & No-Shows
Clients with repeated late cancellations, rescheduling, payment issues, or no-shows may be required to prepay in full before booking future appointments. Any outstanding balances may also be required to be paid before another appointment can be scheduled.
These policies are in place to protect the time and income of our service providers and allow us the opportunity to offer unused appointment times to other guests.
